Let’s start with number one. You’re working too many hours and you’re pretty sure that if you left for a vacation, things wouldn’t work anywhere near as well as they do now. To put that another way you are ready to work a whole lot less. Working with a business coach can help you put systems and processes in place so that your business can run without you. As the business owner, you should be working more on the business than you are in the business. A business coach will also help you to delegate and build a team of people who can execute the day-to-day tasks.

Next, number two, you are ready to make a whole lot more profit. If you are not making anywhere near enough money to justify the effort, risk, and investment you’re making in your business, then it’s time to turn that around. A business coach will help you to take a hard look at your business and make some changes so that you can start making the kind of profit that you deserve.

Number three, you’re ready to build a team. If you’re doing everything yourself, then you are the bottleneck in your business. A business coach will help you to build a team of people that can grow the business, whether you’re there or not recruiting, training, and keeping the best people makes your life so much easier.
